1. Service

StatePilot is a subscription-based SaaS platform that helps users organize U.S. business compliance tasks, deadlines, documents, reminders and links to official resources. For eligible plans, it also provides a controlled notice workflow: document upload, AI-assisted draft extraction, human review, approval, actions, and auditable history.

2. No professional advice and no government affiliation

StatePilot does not provide legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice. Information is general and may not reflect every fact or obligation applicable to your business. Consult a qualified professional or the relevant government agency when needed.

Government affiliation: StatePilot is an independent private software service. It is not part of the IRS, U.S. Department of the Treasury, FinCEN, or any federal, state, or local government agency, and does not claim approval, sponsorship, or endorsement by those agencies. Links to official government resources are provided only for verification and reference and do not imply partnership, affiliation, or endorsement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials and activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions

Pro, Business, CPA Practice, and CPA Practice Growth are recurring monthly subscription plans when offered. Eligible Free accounts may receive a one-time allowance of the first 3 successful AI notice analyses; failed analysis attempts do not consume that allowance. Additional AI analyses are subject to the applicable paid-plan limits. Separate complimentary evaluations may also be enabled manually and do not require payment information. Checkout, tax calculation, payment processing and subscription billing are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Applicable pricing, taxes and renewal terms are shown before payment confirmation.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape protected data or use StatePilot for unlawful purposes.

6. Availability and changes

We may update features, rules, pricing or service availability. We aim to keep official-source links and compliance logic current, but do not guarantee that every obligation is complete or error-free.
